When naming my consulting company, I chose “Moonshot” because it embodies audacious objectives that inspire innovation and progress in the business world.
Reflecting on my personal journey, I have transitioned from campus recruiting to becoming a senior HR executive. My path wasn’t linear; I took a career pivot and even spent time as a stay-at-home mom. Moonshot isn’t just a name; it represents resilience and the pursuit of higher goals. 🌕✨

I was exposed to career and leadership coaching nearly a decade ago while pursuing my Master’s degree. I was fascinated by the methodology and application of my instructor. She often quoted Albert Einstein, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” That one quote had me hooked. Imagine a world where self-awareness was at the forefront of our everyday actions? How would that change how others experienced us? How would that change how we see ourselves?
In 2018, I earned my career coaching credential and became a Professional Certified Career Coach (CPCC). Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of employees and executives and helped enable them to think differently about how they show up each day.
I work with clients on their self-awareness journey. This is done through a three part approach.
I start by offering a safe space for the client to be heard. The client is asked to share their journey through targeted open-ended questions. This creates trust which is the foundation of a successful coaching experience. From there, we establish an action plan forward.
In this stage, the clients actions are aligned with their intentions to provide a clear vision and purpose. In this stage, the client is more self-aware and is better positioned to achieve their goals.
In this stage, the client gains a new perspective freeing them from past perceptions. I offer ongoing support and resources as appropriate to ensure positive progress towards their goals.
I'll book a 30-minute discovery call with the client to understand the coaching objectives so that there is alignment in the coaching process.
Once the client agrees to securing me as their coach, I will initiate a contract via email.
